Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

- Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, free from strong odors.

- All original tags must be attached and the original packaging must be intact.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We may refuse the return if the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
If you refuse delivery or fail to collect the parcel within the carrier’s holding period, the actual shipping and return costs will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return

Please contact us at support@vndress.com before sending back any items. We will provide the return address and instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

Any visible shipping damage or wrong items received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Manufacturing defects not caused by shipping are covered by the 2-year legal warranty and must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

- Custom-made or personalized products.

- Items without original tags or with clear signs of wear.

- Washed items.

- Sale items and gift cards.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal request, but we may withhold it until we receive the returned item or proof of shipment.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
