Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship to the countries listed at checkout using reliable courier services.
Estimated delivery times:

- Italy: 2–5 business days

- European Union: 3–7 business days

- Other countries: Delivery times vary based on location and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier disruptions.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and weight.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — these will be clearly stated on our website.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs procedures.


5. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect it within the courier’s holding period, the customer will be responsible for:

- Reshipping costs; or

- A deduction of the original shipping costs (including “free shipping” promotions) from any refund issued.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 1 day of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
